Our Leadership

Kathy Davie and Erick Westfahl have a combined experience of over 45+ years in the consturction industry. Their unique approach and team-oriented partnership ensures your project will be everything you wanted and more! They compliment each others core competencies including Contract Administration, Estimating, Cost Accounting, Project Management, Scheduling, Value Analysis, Quality Control, Safety Management, Estimating, Client Relations, Troubleshooting, Value Engineering, and Schedule Management.

Kathy Davie

PRESIDENT
KATHY has been in the construction industry her entire career, and has an excellent understanding of all aspects of the construction process. Her leadership and organizational skills have been a key element in her ability to bring projects to a successful completion, consistently meeting or exceeding clients’ needs. Kathy is gifted at developing lasting relationships with clients, consultants, engineers and vendors. She takes ownership and is involved in each project, helping determine the best construction methodology, coordinating with the trades and engineers while remaining conscious of cost control and schedule management, in an effort to get the most out of each project for her clients. Through relationship building, Kathy brings a strong commitment to open communication, efficient project management and creative solutions as she oversees each project.

Erick Westfahl

VICE PRESIDENT
ERICK grew up in the construction industry as his father was a general contractor for many years. Erick has an excellent understanding of all aspects of the construction process and is exceptionally skilled at value engineering, estimating and scheduling. His open and honest communication style helps him stay connected to each member of the project team from the owners to the subcontractors, Erick works hard to gain the trust of his clients and team members, which allows the entire team to navigate the challenges and opportunities that each project affords. Erick ensures that Redhawk Construction stays up to date with implementation of the latest software technologies to assist the team, and safety methodologies that keep everyone on the job site safe. Erick’s estimating and take-off expertise is invaluable in making sure each client gets the most out of their project.
