Redhawk specializes in all areas of commercial construction including sports, education, commercial and industrial, and is also a Certified Woman-Owned and Native American-Owned Business, working closely with Oklahoma Tribes and others at the federal/local level to assist them in their building projects.

Design Build
The ultimate team approach to construction. This approach offers a single point-of-contact to develop the design and construct the project. We would lead the team in this project delivery method that provides the owner a single point of contact for your project, by combining architectural and engineering services with construction performance, all under one contract. General Contracting
We take pride in our unique skills providing value with expert craftmanship. We manage and hire subcontractors while acting as the primary contact for our clients. We take the design plans from your architect or in-house designer and provide a fixed price for your project. Redhawk Construction is committed to providing excellent building services, whether renovations, historic restorations or new construction.

Owner Representation
As your representative, we can advise from the beginning of your project design by developing the initial project budget and schedule. We will advise on building method, constructability and feasibility of the project, and help you determine the best delivery method. We have the experience and expertise needed to ensure your building project is successful—providing an unbiased evaluation and opinion and allowing you to make informed decisions about your project.

Construction Management
As a certified Construction Manager, our experienced team can oversee the planning, design, and construction of your project—from project conception through final closeout. Because we are engaged during the design and pre-construction phase, we have a unique understanding of the design intent. We work with you to set goals, navigate challenges, and deliver a project that exceeds expectations. We provide on-site project oversight, manage the construction schedule to control the project's time-line, and manage cost and quality. Our team will be your partner and uncompromising advocate throughout the entire building process helping you turn your vision into a reality.

Professional Estimating
We can partner and collaborate with you at the beginning of your project to provide 'real" estimates during each phase of design to help alleviate budget issues during construction. We can continue into the construction phase by making sure the project stays on track financially, tracking material delivery schedules submittal schedules.
